Welcome to CC Prints ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (ccprintsco.com), using our Client Portal, or purchasing our print services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of our services and legally protect both you and CC Prints.

1. General Services

CC Prints provides custom printing services, graphic design support, and digital asset management. We operate out of Calgary, Alberta, and all services are subject to the laws of this jurisdiction.

2. Orders & Production

2.1. Custom Nature of Goods

All products sold by CC Prints are made to order. Unlike standard retail items, custom printed materials cannot be restocked or resold.

2.2. Design Approval

You are responsible for the final proof. Before we begin production, you will be asked to approve a digital mockup or proof.

Once you approve the design and make payment, the order is considered Final.
We are not responsible for errors (such as typos, low-resolution images, or layout mistakes) that were present in the approved proof.

2.3. Processing Times

Our standard production turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive your final design approval and payment.

Rush Options: If you have a strict deadline, you must notify us before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests, but additional fees may apply.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. Delivery Methods

Local Delivery: Available within the Calgary area. Delivery dates are confirmed once the order is ready.
Pick-Up: Available by appointment during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–6pm).
Domestic Shipping: Shipped via major carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx). Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

3.2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

3.3. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather events.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. No "Change of Mind" Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

4.2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or differs significantly from your approved proof, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

To Claim: Email contact.ccprints@gmail.com with photos of the defect and your order number.
Resolution: If the error is ours, we will reprint the affected items at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4.3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment (via Square) within 10 business days.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order only before you have approved the final proof and payment has been processed.

Post-Production: Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted, and the full cost of the order applies.

6. Client Portal & Digital Assets

6.1. Magic Link Access

We use passwordless authentication ("Magic Links"). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account to prevent unauthorized access to your CC Prints Client Portal.

6.2. Asset Retention ("Print Archive")

As a value-added service, we retain your uploaded images and project files indefinitely to facilitate easy re-ordering.

License: You grant CC Prints a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and reproduce these assets solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
Removal: You may request the permanent deletion of your assets at any time by contacting support.
