These aren't wall decorations. They're decision filters we use when we're unsure about a rush job, a price quote, or a quality standard.

1. Values Matter

I attract and deserve people who believe in creativity, ownership, and real connection, just as much as I do. The strongest partnerships start, and last, with values as bold as mine.

Customers aren't just people I print for — they're partners in impact. I am committed to helping them stand out, grow, and feel proud of their brand. I constantly consider how I can better serve my customers, my teammates, my stakeholders, my community, and my company.

3. Farther, Not Faster

Team means collaboration over competition, real people doing great work together — and celebrating the wins, big or small. I am dedicated to the long game and know that to always push further towards my vision I need a strong team.

4. Abundance

Community and industry are where I share what I build. I set the bar higher not just for myself, but for the standard of custom printing. I understand if I can perpetually raise not only our internal standards, but also raise industry standards, the rising tide will benefit all ships and create more success for all.

5. Integrity

Integrity is my baseline — I take ownership, keep my word, and do the right thing even when no one's watching. The distance between what leaves my lips and lives in my heart is non-existent. If I am untrue by an inch, then I am untrue by a mile.

6. Growth

Like a tree, and everything in nature - I am either growing or I am decaying. I choose growth. Growth is a mindset — I'm always learning, improving, and helping others level up.

7. Accountability

I own my results — good or bad. I realize I have the choice of producing excuses or results and that a world does not exist where I can have both. I support others to reach higher.

8. Respect

Basic professionalism and respect is non-negotiable — I listen, I include, and I lift others up.

9. Fun

Fun keeps me human — I take my work seriously, but not myself.

10. Trust

Trust is the foundation — I build it through transparency, consistency, and follow-through. My actions and decisions are rooted in a fierce stewardship of our culture and never based upon personal feelings towards individuals.

11. Me and Us

I believe in creating a space where you're encouraged to be bold, speak up, and be yourself — because individuality fuels innovation. Inclusivity is my promise — I embrace different voices, backgrounds, and perspectives because diversity makes me sharper, stronger, and more creative.
